Automation Troubleshooting


Problem: It has mapping in old format, please update it through "Update/Modify/Delete Pull Mappings" or just delete and create a new one.

Resolution:

1. Please sign into the organization.

2. Select "Update/Modify/Delete Pulls Mappings", press on the mapping link and update the mapping by hitting "Update" or "Update and Execute"


Problem: Unable to refresh credetial for gacconforxero@gmail.com. Please relogin into the organization to obtain credentials.

Resolution:

1. Please sign into the organization. There is no any additional actions required.


Problem: Auto Refresh process is dying in the middle and I am not getting any errors.

Resolution:

Most likely your execution time exceeded 6 minutes. Please see Auto Refresh Limits for more information.
